Kara Chestnut, Women's Health Practitioner

This experience sparked her passion for advocating for women’s health and providing compassionate care throughout every phase of life.

Today, Kara is dedicated to supporting women from adolescence through menopause and beyond with evidence-based, culturally sensitive care. She believes every woman deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered in managing her health. Committed to continuous learning, Kara stays updated on the latest research to offer care that is current and comprehensive.
